Here are some "cheat sheets" for self-practice at home. Remember, a regular practice every day (even if it's only 15 minutes) is better than a few long practices with long breaks in between.

Please note that these are for reference purposes only, and that you should have a good understanding of the postures before attempting them on your own. Ensure that you have first practised these asanas under the guidance of a teacher.
